Overview

As a Licensed Service Agent at Simply Business, you will be the primary contact for customer service inquiries, providing exceptional support to small business owners navigating their insurance needs.

In Short

• Handle customer service inquiries via calls, emails, and ZenDesk.
• Meet or exceed service level targets.
• Resolve customer issues effectively.

• Process policy cancellations and renewals.
• Send Certificates of Insurance and policy documents.
• Update customer account information.

Requirements

• Licensed Property & Casualty Producers.
• 1+ year experience in Customer Service in commercial insurance.
• Proven track record of achieving service level targets.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and ability to use multiple systems.
