We are looking for a Customer Service / Call Center Agent to join our team at Autohero, where you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless car buying experience from order to delivery.

Requirements

• Initial experience in dialog marketing or call center/customer support.
• Enjoy customer contact with a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented work style.
• Team player with a hands-on mentality.
• Positive attitude and commitment to achieving self-set goals.
• Fluent in German, with English skills being an advantage, and proficient in Google Workspace tools.
