Overview

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent with knowledge of French and English to join our talented Customer Service Team working remotely from Tunisia. Your role will involve transforming customer inquiries into sales opportunities as we grow our e-commerce presence.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of customer support through various channels.
• Bilingual in French and English.
