You will help us grow by transforming our online webshops into industry leaders in the United States, Australia, UK, and European markets.

In Short

  • Conduct stellar communication with customers via email, telephone, or LiveChat.
  • Turn customer inquiries into positive experiences and support customers to buy.
  • Assist website visitors through a Live Chat app.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Resolve issues to benefit both the client and the company.
  • Boost client satisfaction and brand’s Trustpilot rating.
  • Work closely with the logistics team for timely delivery.
  • Track shipped parcels and notify customers on request.
  • Follow up on inquiries and delayed payments.
  • Ensure a smoother shopping experience for customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English with confidence in communication.
  • Experience in customer service (sales experience is a bonus).
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive mindset.
  • Availability to work in three shifts.
  • Proactive with a get-things-done attitude.
  • Great soft skills, especially communication and empathy.
  • Resilience under pressure and adaptability to feedback.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Accountability and ability to work independently.
  • Good computer skills for navigating different systems.
