Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Service Agent to help us achieve that future. As a Customer Service Agent you will be part of a team tasked with providing our customers the highest quality of service available from a payment service provider.

In Short

  • Offering pawaPay customers the best experience while using our product and services;
  • Providing professional customer support via email, chats or other channels;
  • Coordinating with different departments internationally;
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently, utilising your problem-solving skills and knowledge of our product/services.
  • Managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail;
  • Providing insights and feedback from customer interactions to help improve products, services, and customer experience;
  • Displaying professionalism, empathy, patience, and a positive attitude in all customer interactions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, higher education is a bonus;
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support;
  • Proficient computer skills and experience working with ticketing tools (Zendesk, Jira);
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English;
  • Flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends;
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and work with minimal supervision;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • A team player mindset: demonstrating passion, energy, drive, and willingness to collaborate with an ambitious team internationally;
  • Great interpersonal skills and interest in helping other people;
  • Experience in the payments industry is beneficial.
