Customer Service / Call Center Agent (d/m/w) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for you for our open position as a Customer Service / Call Center Agent (d/m/w)! Start in the Customer Service Team and ensure a first-class Customer Journey. You are the first point of contact for all inquiries from vehicle ordering to handover within our Autohero Retail Departments. With your friendliness and professional commitment, you make car buying a great experience!

In Short

• Be the first contact and accompany your customers from the completed order to the vehicle handover.
• Research in close collaboration with colleagues from other departments the current status of orders and ensure a smooth delivery of our vehicles.
• Always keep an overview of upcoming tasks and set priorities within the team.
• You contribute to customers receiving their new car as quickly as possible - with our unique glass truck and directly to their doorstep!
• First experiences in dialog marketing / call center or in private customer support.
• You enjoy customer contact and have a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Team player and hands-on mentality characterize you.
• You bring a positive attitude and a healthy commitment to achieving self-set goals.
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written - English skills are an advantage as well as a secure handling of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).

• Experience in customer service or call center environments.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools.
