Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern (f/m/x) to join our Country Operations Team, responsible for talent management and development in local and international markets, shaping organizational culture, and driving company growth in our AUTO1 Group People (former HR) Department.

In Short

• Be part of our international Talent Acquisition Team and work on recruitment projects.
• Ensure a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment focusing on the “Production” area.
• Take on research projects to find innovative ways to attract candidates.
• Support projects that combine corporate goals and recruiting trends.
• Students or those with an academic background in relevant fields preferred.
• First experience or strong interest in talent acquisition is preferable.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills required.
• Fluency in German and English is necessary (Czech is a plus).
• Enjoy 100% remote work if located in Germany or EU countries with legal entities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Effective communication skills in German and English.
