Overview

As a Workday Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our Workday ecosystem by designing, building, testing, and maintaining integrations to support our growing needs.

In Short

• Build, test and rollout new integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between Workday and other systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver integration solutions.
• Maintain the live integrations and be the go-to-person for colleagues needing support with integrations.
• Monitor and optimize existing integrations to ensure reliability and performance.
• Stay up to date with Workday updates and best practices to continuously improve our integration capabilities.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining Workday integrations, including EIB, PICOF, and Core Connector integrations.
• Strong understanding of Workday's integration architecture and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
