As a Workday Integration Specialist, you will support our client’s team by developing Workday integrations that facilitate seamless data exchange between Workday and Beeline, ensuring data integrity and efficient business operations.

In Short

Design, build, test, and deploy integrations between Workday and Beeline.
Partner with various teams to gather requirements and optimize workflows.
Identify integration risks and recommend solutions.
Monitor and resolve integration issues.
Develop comprehensive test cases and maintain documentation.
Ensure compliance with data security standards.
Stay updated with Workday and Beeline updates.
Support process automation initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, HR, or related field.
3–7 years of experience integrating Workday with other systems.
Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services, Beeline APIs, and data transformation.
Experience designing and developing Workday integrations.
Understanding of contingent workforce management.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with cloud-based integration platforms.
