We are seeking an Executive Sourcing Recruiter – Research Specialist to partner closely with a client facing Executive Recruiter in delivering top tier leadership talent. The ideal candidate will bring experience from a retained executive search firm and a strong grasp of the executive search methodology.

• Serve as a primary liaison with client hiring managers, HR partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years in retained executive search or senior-level recruiting.
• Background in industrial, automotive, manufacturing, or technology sectors preferred.
• Proficient in CRM, ATS, sourcing platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and adjust sourcing strategies.
• Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting diverse candidates.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently.
