• Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across various functions.
• Manage a dynamic requisition load of 20–30 roles simultaneously.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to align recruiting strategies.
• Jump between technical, sales, and marketing roles as needed.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing.
• Deliver data-driven talent insights to support HR leaders.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Collaborate on HR initiatives like onboarding and retention.
• Manage candidate and requisition data across multiple systems.
• Lead or participate in job fairs and hiring events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience handling 20–30 active requisitions.
• Recruiting experience for design engineers and skilled trades preferred.
• Ability to influence and partner with hiring leaders.
• Collaborative team player with a curiosity to learn.
• Experience developing strategic recruiting initiatives.
• Strong understanding of compliance and data-driven practices.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting.
• Passion for sustainable workforce development.
