As Monstro’s Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a foundational role in shaping how we attract, evaluate, and hire world-class talent across engineering, AI, product, and beyond. This is not just a Recruiting role; it is an opportunity to design and execute the blueprint for how Monstro builds exceptional teams.

• Lead end-to-end recruiting across various technical and non-technical roles.
• Own the entire candidate lifecycle from sourcing to offer.
• Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to engage top candidates.
• Develop and maintain talent maps and market intelligence.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Help build and refine recruiting infrastructure and operations.
• Work closely with the Head of Talent to scale People Operations.
• Contribute to HR initiatives and build documentation for scalable hiring.
• Use AI tools to enhance recruiting efficiency.
• Drive the development of Monstro’s employer brand.

Requirements

• 6 - 9 years of recruiting experience in high-growth startups.
• Proven success hiring for technical roles like AI Engineers and Software Engineers.
• Deep understanding of sourcing strategy and candidate experience management.
• Hands-on experience in Recruiting Operations and analytics.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
• Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments.
• High ownership mindset and resilience under pressure.
• Comfortable leveraging AI and modern recruiting tools.
