In Short

• Own the full-cycle recruitment for technical roles.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines.
• Manage high-volume hiring campaigns and niche searches.
• Partner with hiring managers to design tailored recruiting strategies.
• Ensure ATS is accurate and a reliable source of insights.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Act as a cultural ambassador for candidates.
• Lead offer negotiations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in recruiting processes.
• Minimum of 4 years in engineering, product, data, and design hiring.
• Strong communication skills with senior leaders.
• Analytical mindset with experience using metrics.
• Experience negotiating complex offers.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse.
