• Hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to scale Engineering and Product Management.
• Own full-cycle hiring for Senior to Principal ICs and Manager to VP leaders.
• Build scalable programs across Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Operations.
• Identify and close force-multiplier talent.
• Run structured, values-aligned processes to improve talent density.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand roadmaps and translate them into sourcing plans.
• Leverage data to continuously improve recruiting processes.
• Mentor sourcers and recruiters, document playbooks, and contribute reusable tools.
• Manage relationships with external agencies as needed.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• 5+ years sourcing technical talent via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proven success building pipelines for ML Engineers and Product Managers.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting tools like Ashby.
• Strategic thinker with a continuous-improvement mindset.
• Ability to turn business goals into recruiting plans.
• Track record of elevating team performance in a collaborative culture.
• Strong communication and data-backed recommendation skills.
