Finance Manager, International - Remote

In Short

• Build deep partnerships with Growth, Marketing, Product, and other Strategic Finance teams.
• Develop pricing and go to market strategy for new products based on financial feasibility.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on international growth teams.
• Develop scorecards with KPIs and create Looker dashboards to track progress.
• Manage revenue forecast and LTV models for each geographic region.
• Build Excel / Google Sheet models from scratch to solve business questions.
• Recommend actions to achieve growth, retention, and new product goals.
• Package financial analysis into clear insights for senior leaders.
• Manage, mentor, and guide a team of 2-3 analysts.
• Contribute to learning and development across the team.

Requirements

• B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in analytical financial roles.
• Prior SQL or Looker experience is a plus.
• Strategic thinker who is intellectually curious.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• An ambitious self-starter who thrives in an ever-changing environment.
