Manager, International Finance & Accounting - Remote

Overview

The Manager, International Finance & Accounting will oversee financial operations for eXp Realty in Puerto Rico and provide support for Dominican Republic operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

In Short

• Responsible for full-service accounting for eXp Puerto Rico.
• Manage general ledger processes, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Ensure compliance with Puerto Rican tax regulations.
• Support financial activities in the Dominican Republic.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
• Facilitate daily financial transactions and reporting.
• Lead process improvement initiatives in financial workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5-7+ years of experience in financial operations and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with revenue accounting and general ledger management.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Puerto Rican tax compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Real estate industry experience preferred.
• ACCA/CIMA or ACA (or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience in Dominican Republic financial reporting is a plus.
