Overview

The Manager - Accounting & Finance is responsible for overseeing the month-end process, managing fixed assets, ensuring compliance with statutory reporting, and supporting the audit process.

In Short

• Full accountability of the month end process against the company’s reporting timetable.
• Preparation of month end journals including payroll, prepayment, leases, accruals, and depreciation.
• Review the P&L for reasonableness and identify material coding adjustments.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensure the integrity of the general ledger.
• Support preparation of monthly financial reports for compliance and management.
• Prepare intercompany reconciliations and statutory reports.
• Assist in the audit process for multiple jurisdictions.
• Support daily operations of the India business.
• Assist in the installation of accounting and ERP systems.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements

• NetSuite experience highly desirable.
• Minimum of 9 years’ experience in month end close processes and financial reporting.
• Inter CA or MBA qualification.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Deadline-oriented with ability to meet time constraints.
