Overview

The Revenue Enablement Manager - GTM Transformation at First Advantage is responsible for leading the evolution of how GTM teams sell and execute, focusing on the design, implementation, and sustainment of GTM transformation initiatives.

In Short

  • Lead GTM transformation initiatives to improve sales execution.
  • Own the implementation and optimization of core sales methodologies.
  • Design change management plans for GTM initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to define priorities.
  • Identify and optimize friction in sales workflows.
  • Equip managers with tools for coaching methodology usage.
  • Analyze performance data to refine enablement programs.
  • Drive adoption of sales methodologies across teams.
  • Ensure alignment of systems and processes with sales methodologies.
  • Support continuous improvement of sales execution.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Revenue Enablement or Sales Operations.
  • Experience in designing and implementing sales methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of value-based selling.
  • Ability to manage complex programs across functions.
  • Self-directed and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading global enablement initiatives.
