Overview

We’re looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager to support the execution of enablement programs, training sessions, and onboarding experiences for the full Revenue Organization (SDRs, Sales, CS).

In Short

  • Coordinate and deliver onboarding sessions for all DeleteMe employees.
  • Manage ongoing enablement initiatives, such as certifications and learning paths.
  • Act as an internal advocate for sales needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Ensure all Revenue tooling learning paths are updated and maintained.
  • Minimum of 2–6 years of experience in Sales Enablement or Revenue Operations.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and tools.
  • Requires domestic and international travel.
  • Reside in the Denver, NYC, or Boston area.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in Sales Enablement or Revenue Operations.
  • 1+ years in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong EQ to understand sales and customer needs.
  • Experience with LMS systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with revenue intelligence tools preferred.
