In Short

  • Design and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with product roadmap and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Create and maintain sales training programs, including onboarding materials and skill development workshops.
  • Develop sales collateral and resources to help the sales team communicate our value proposition.
  • Plan and facilitate revenue team meetings to drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify gaps in knowledge or processes.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams for consistent messaging.
  • Build and manage a content library of sales resources.
  • Coach sales representatives on best practices for selling to education stakeholders.
  • Support sales managers in adopting and implementing best practices.
  • Optimize CRM and sales tools to enable efficient planning and execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in revenue or sales enablement, preferably in SaaS or education technology.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales training programs.
  • Strong understanding of education sales cycles and decision-making processes.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven approach to measuring and improving sales effectiveness.
  • Experience working in or selling to K-12 or higher education institutions.
  • Background in instructional design or learning and development.
  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies.
