Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our Finance team in a high-growth SaaS environment, overseeing complex accounting areas and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

In Short

• Oversee commission calculations and sales tax compliance.
• Manage accounting for multiple legal entities.
• Partner with internal teams for accurate billing and invoicing.
• Analyze accruals and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
• Lead audits and prepare workpapers.

• Assist in monthly close processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Operational accounting expertise in a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience in managing close processes.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP and tax software is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
