Overview

The Accounting Manager will report to the Senior Finance Director, focusing on preparing financial statements for the UK subsidiary and monitoring key balance sheet metrics.

In Short

Preparation of consolidated financial statements.
Oversee year-end audits.
Preparation of monthly balance sheets and cash flow.
Monitor key balance sheet metrics.
Prepare CAPEX journals and asset values.
Compile IFRS calculations for audits.
Work with tax experts for global entities.
Advise on mergers or dissolutions of subsidiaries.
Support finance team in financial accounting.
Collaborate with clients to add value.

Requirements

Fully qualified ACA or ACCA.
Experience in global consolidations.
Knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
Coordinating external audits.
Experience with technical accounting areas.
