In Short

• Protect DeleteMe members’ privacy by finding and removing personal information.
• Investigate adversarial problem sites to ensure successful removals.
• Maintain detailed case documentation in Jira and internal systems.
• Identify patterns in site behavior and escalate issues accordingly.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Support ad-hoc data removal requests.
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes for efficiency.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in operations, Trust & Safety, or customer support.
• Ability to execute at scale with attention to detail.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency with G Suite tools and Jira.
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for learning and grasping new processes.
