The Billing Operations Analyst at DeleteMe is responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy, and driving improvements in the order to cash function within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

• Oversee and execute order management and billing processes.
• Review contracts for compliance with standard terms.
• Manage customer portals for invoice submissions.
• Resolve customer inquiries related to billing.
• Contact customers regarding outstanding invoices.
• Perform month/quarter-end close tasks for revenue recognition.
• Design process controls to improve efficiency.
• Act as the subject matter expert on billing items.
• Drive critical accounting projects to completion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of billing experience.
• Experience with Order to Cash processes in SaaS.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or Stripe is a plus.
