Overview

Postscript is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Billing Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end billing and collections process across the organization.

In Short

• Manage the entire billing process, including input and configuration of customer plans.
• Monitor and respond to requests in the billing queue, resolving customer issues.
• Work with Legal and Customer Support to maintain customer payment plans.
• Own and maintain the collections process, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with teams.
• Manage company credit card software and oversee transaction monitoring.
• Partner with Accounting to support reconciliation and month-end close tasks.
• Drive process improvements and automation within billing functions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in billing and collections.
• High growth startup experience preferred.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and billing operations.
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with billing tools or financial software platforms.
