• Join Twilio as a Billing Operations Analyst.
• Maintain external customer communication and onboard customers to billing systems.
• Participate in month-end close and manage recurring billing.
• Assist in developing financial controls and processes.
• Participate in audits as needed.
• 1-3 years of experience in an Operations role is required.
• Strong experience in Billings/Revenue/Order to Cash.
• Advanced Excel skills are necessary.
• Excellent communication skills in English are required.
• Periodic weekend work may be required.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in an Operations role.
• Strong experience in Billings / Revenue / Order to Cash.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and communication skills.
• Solid experience with large volume transactions.
• Advanced Excel user.
• Third-level qualification in Accountancy, Finance, or Business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Periodic weekend work will be required.
