• Join Twilio as a Billing Operations Analyst.
• Maintain external customer communication and onboarding to Twilio’s billing system.
• Participate in month-end close and revenue analysis.
• Assist in developing financial controls and processes.
• Participate in audits as required.
• 1-3 years experience in an Operations role required.
• Strong experience in Billings / Revenue / Order to Cash.
• Advanced Excel skills needed.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Remote position based in Mexico City.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in an Operations role.
• Strong experience in Billings / Revenue / Order to Cash.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with large volume transactions.
• Advanced Excel user.
• Third level qualification in Accountancy, Finance or Business.
• E-invoicing experience for Mexico.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Periodic weekend work may be required.
