Overview

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Postscript, you will guide our largest customers through the setup process, ensuring they see a strong return in their first 60 days using our SMS marketing platform.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or tech.
  • Ecommerce or martech experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially with technical issues.
  • Process-oriented to drive a consistent experience.
  • Experience in a high-growth environment preferred.
