Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Operations Analyst (OA) collaborates with our Program Managers and assists in the management of Correlation One’s live, online training programs that serve hundreds of students at a time. The OA works with the Business Operations and Curriculum teams, contracted instructors and teaching assistants to complete ad hoc projects to uncover insights about our data and/or digital skills training programs.

In Short

• Assist with the preparing and launch of Correlation One training programs.
• Collaborate with the Product and Operations team to run business operations.
• Create a friendly, professional learning environment.
• Perform anecdotal & statistical analysis on collected product data.
• Complete ad hoc projects related to data science and analytics training programs.
• Collaborate with the internal team to assess and test new products.
• Manage live class operations on Saturdays.
• Support strong enrollment through effective marketing initiatives.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
• Navigate ambiguity productively and patiently.

Requirements

• 0-2 years full-time professional experience in operations or analytics.
• Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive approach and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service ethic.
• Familiarity with Google Suite and MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Slack and Zoom preferred.
