Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in Learning or Instructional Design.
• Experience in executing projects that align with company goals.
• Understanding of corporate training for AI and technical topics.
• Expertise in designing courses for online learning.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and quick pivots.
• Data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
• Collaborative spirit and proactive communication.
• Self-aware and able to learn from experiences.
• Excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
