Requirements

• Associate Degree or equivalent work experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in supervising and motivating a team.
• Familiarity with healthcare services.
• Experience in customer service or call-center environments.
• Proficient in technology and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong customer-focused mentality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Collaborative team player.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
