• Develop and maintain SOPs for all team processes.
• Oversee/Manage GenAI workflows using ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI platforms.
• Oversee and quality check content production: slides, video/audio editing, subtitles.
• Support student engagement and social media initiatives.
• Coordinate 10+ projects with 1-2 primary active projects.

Requirements

• Experience in leadership and team development.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and workflows.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in content production and quality checking.
