Overview

The Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners & vendors, handling a range of responsibilities including responding to questions about the owner’s home or appliances, sourcing vendors and coordinating appointments, and managing home-related tasks through an on-the-ground handyman.

In Short

  • Serve as the go-to Concierge for homeowners, helping solve problems.
  • Manage home service requests, coordinating repairs and appointments.
  • Provide recommendations to homeowners based on vendor comparisons.
  • Communicate clearly and friendly, aligning with Casa’s voice.
  • Act as a resource for the Concierge team on homeowner concerns.
  • Provide feedback to improve product and internal processes.
  • Share learnings from escalations to help the broader team.
  • Build and maintain documentation for visibility and handoff.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in hospitality or management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Great problem-solving skills with creative solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
  • Experience in designing and building processes.
  • Long-term view decision-making as if it were your own business.
  • Ability to work remotely in the US.
