Senior Director of Data Analytics - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director of Data Analytics to lead our data analytics initiatives with a strong focus on Business Intelligence (BI), Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Data Analytics Expressions (DAX), Google Looker and Redshift. This leadership role will drive the development and execution of data strategies that empower the organization with actionable insights, enhance decision-making, and support business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Extensive experience with Power BI and DAX.
• Understanding of Google Looker and Redshift.
• Proven track record of leading successful BI projects.
• Deep understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
