As the Senior Director of Data and Analytics, you will lead and shape Seed’s data vision, strategy, and execution, partnering with leaders across various departments to transform data into actionable insights that drive business growth and scientific discovery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data and analytics roles.
• 5+ years in leadership positions.
• Proven track record in building data teams and infrastructure.
• Expertise in modern data stacks and analytics methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience in e-commerce, health tech, or consumer health is a bonus.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on problem-solving approach.
