Seed is a microbiome science company pioneering innovations in probiotics and living medicines to impact human and planetary health. We are looking for a Growth Brand Designer to create powerful creative across the digital ecosystem, blending storytelling with strategic execution.

In Short

• Design and execute performance creative across lifecycle, email, and paid social.
• Own and evolve the email design system for engagement.
• Translate insights and testing data into thoughtful design iterations.
• Ensure cohesive touchpoints across digital platforms.
• Support launches and campaigns with various digital assets.
• Develop quick-turn variations for testing across performance channels.
• Design with responsiveness and accessibility in mind.
• Contribute to the evolving brand design component library.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Lifecycle and Product teams.
• Utilize AI tools in the creative workflow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
• 4–6+ years of experience in digital design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual design and storytelling.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with lifecycle marketing and email design best practices.
• Familiarity with performance creative testing.
• Deep curiosity about the customer journey.
• Ability to work within design systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with high-quality execution.
