In Short

2-4 years of experience in data and analytics roles.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-impact analytics in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Strong technical foundation in modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Airflow) and analytics best practices.
Skilled in experimentation, statistical analysis, and translating data into actionable business insights.
Excellent communicator who can distill complex data concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in e-commerce, healthtech, or consumer health (bonus); passion for advancing science and human health through data.
Contribute to the evolution of Seed’s analytics roadmap in alignment with company priorities.
Build scalable pipelines and data models that support self-service analytics across teams.
Support and maintain processes for data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
Provide insights that optimize acquisition, retention, and customer experience.

Requirements

Strong SQL skills and fluency in modern data platforms (dbt, Snowflake, Fivetran, Airflow).
Experience with experimentation design, statistical analysis, and A/B testing.
Proficiency in visualization and BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, or similar).
Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to simplify complex analyses.
Growth mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and a drive for impact.
