Senior Analytics Engineer - Remote

In Short

• 5-7+ years of experience in data analytics or analytics engineering roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL and dbt data modeling best practices (e.g., star schemas, dimensional modeling).
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-impact analytics and dbt pipelines in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong technical foundation in modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Airflow) and analytics best practices.
• Skilled in experimentation, statistical analysis, and translating data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communicator who can distill complex data concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in e-commerce, healthtech, or consumer health (bonus); passion for advancing science and human health through data.
• Hands-on operator with the ability to both execute and guide others.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills and fluency in modern data platforms (dbt, Snowflake, Fivetran, Airflow).
• Experience with experimentation design, statistical analysis, and A/B testing.
• Proficiency in visualization and BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, or similar).
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to simplify complex analyses.
• Growth mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and a drive for impact.
• Passion for making data accessible and actionable across the organization.
