In Short

  • Join the Creative team as a Lead Brand Designer focusing on growth marketing initiatives.
  • Create compelling visual designs and creative assets for user acquisition and engagement.
  • Set the visual direction for growth initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Deliver high-impact designs to help retailers discover the platform.
  • Develop long and short term visual strategies for lifecycle emails, paid ads, and landing pages.
  • Accountable for design guidelines and creative assets that resonate with retailers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth marketing strategies.
  • Lead design experimentation initiatives including A/B testing.
  • Demonstrate data-driven rigor to influence creative best practices.
  • Work in a hybrid schedule with in-office expectations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in visual design for marketing, focusing on growth and performance marketing.
  • Strong visual design fundamentals including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Strong motion and editing capabilities for creating video ads.
  • Portfolio demonstrating successful growth marketing campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of creative best practices for digital marketing channels.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform design decisions.
  • Experience with responsive design principles across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent collaborative skills and presentation abilities.
  • A growth mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
