Ritual is seeking a collaborative, data-driven leader to join as Director of Data Analytics, responsible for delivering impactful reporting and analytics solutions across various channels.

Requirements

• 8 - 10+ years of experience in data analytics or consulting.
• Proficient in BI tools and SQL, with Python skills.
• Experience in designing data models and transformations.
• Familiar with marketing analytics and customer acquisition.
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
• Highly organized, able to balance multiple priorities.
