Senior Accounting Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Accounting Manager at Ritual will streamline accounting policies and procedures, build financial reporting, and implement new controls to navigate growth.

In Short

• Lead monthly close process for accurate reporting.
• Oversee general ledger accounting and reconciliations.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations.
• Ensure compliance with sales tax and collaborate with external tax accountants.
• Assist in leading audits and prepare schedules.
• Recommend process improvements and automation.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
• Provide ad hoc reports and analysis.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance, CPA required.
• 7-10 years of accounting experience in public and private sectors.
• Experience in high-growth, eCommerce environments.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience with physical inventory accounting.
