Ritual is seeking a Paid Search Specialist to help drive the expansion of our Paid Search portfolio, joining a team focused on acquiring new customers efficiently and effectively.

• Lead the vision, strategy, testing, and execution of paid search channels.
• Conduct keyword research, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
• Collaborate with teams across growth product, creative, and analytics.
• Analyze and report on key metrics and share insights.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in search engine marketing.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing SEM campaigns.
• Comfortable managing product feeds and Google Shopping.
• Use data to guide strategy and build insightful tests.
• Translate strategy into execution and achieve measurable results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in creative and analytics.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is welcome.
• 2+ years of hands-on paid search experience.
• Growth mindset and comfort with data.
• Familiarity with direct-to-consumer business models.
• Collaborative, team-first attitude.

• Pay Range: $70,000 - $110,000.
