Overview

As a Senior CRM Manager at Ritual, you will lead the management of email and SMS operations, focusing on engaging prospective customers through data-driven marketing strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in email marketing and CRM systems.
• Experience with Iterable and SendGrid preferred.
• Familiarity with CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR.
• Basic HTML skills for email modifications.
• Intermediate knowledge of business intelligence tools.
• Experience with Customer Data Platforms is a plus.
• Background in DTC or subscription-based businesses preferred.
