Overview

The Creative Strategist at Ritual will lead the development of performance-driven creative across paid media channels, ensuring a structured, data-informed approach to creative iteration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in growth creative strategy at an in-house DTC/e-commerce brand.
• Proven track record of developing, testing, and scaling ad creative.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, storyboards, and creative data dashboards.
