Overview

Our client is growing, and their Sunshine Coast office is searching for a Senior Manager specializing in ASPE, ASNPO, and PSAS accounting standards.

In Short

• Manage and review NTR, review, and audit engagements independently.
• Deliver complete product to the Partner on a timely basis.
• Demonstrate understanding of clients’ industries and communicate insights.
• Provide technical expertise on ASPE, ASNPO, and PSAS standards.
• Manage engagement teams and provide recommendations.
• Delegate tasks and provide guidance to staff.
• Foster positive working relationships with clients and co-workers.
• Manage client relationships and win new work.
• Oversee client portfolios in various sectors.
• Mentor and coach senior and staff accountants.

Requirements

• Experience in ASPE, ASNPO, and PSAS accounting standards.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in client relationship management.
• Ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Understanding of industry trends and developments.
• Experience in construction, charities, and NPOs is a plus.
