Overview

The Data Analytics Product Owner at First Advantage is responsible for defining, delivering, and driving adoption of internal analytics solutions that address the data needs of business teams.

In Short

• Engage with internal stakeholders to gather and prioritize data requirements.
• Manage the analytics product roadmap and backlog.
• Translate business needs into analytics product features.
• Design and oversee delivery of dashboards and curated data tables.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for product delivery.
• Drive user enablement and change management for analytics products.
• Define and track metrics for analytics solutions.
• Ensure compliance and confidentiality with privacy teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in analytics roles.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence.
• Experience working cross-functionally with business and engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools, preferably Power BI.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
