Product Manager - Data Analytics - Remote

Overview

As a Data Analytics Product Manager at Delinea, you will drive the development and adoption of data products that empower our business and customers. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact data solutions aligned with Delinea’s product strategy.

In Short

• Develop a deep understanding of Delinea’s business processes and data landscape.
• Partner with data engineers and analysts to design and deliver robust, integrated data solutions.
• Translate cross-functional business needs into clear data product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the data product backlog in alignment with Delinea's overall product and corporate strategy.
• Champion adoption of data products through training, documentation, and change management.
• Define and execute the data product roadmap, supporting analytics and business objectives.
• Foster a strong data culture and promote best practices in data management and analytics.

Requirements

• Product Management experience, ideally in data products.
• Expertise in data integration, ELT, data modeling, querying, and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Experience in data governance or as a Data Analyst (preferred).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC for data products (preferred).
• Experience with PowerBI, Snowflake, or Datadog (preferred).
• Flexible, self-motivated, and collaborative.
• Customer- and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Analytical, creative, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Passionate about data, telemetry, and analytics.
