Overview

MongoDB is seeking a highly motivated accounting professional to join the International Financial Compliance team, responsible for ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and providing local accounting advice.

• Manage statutory compliance for a portfolio of entities.
• Prepare and review statutory trial balances and financial statements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting or related field.
• Qualified accountant (CA/CPA/ACCA).
• 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in leading audits and statutory financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Tax, ESG, and US GAAP is beneficial.
• Project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Google Suite, and ERP systems.
