Manager - Accounting & Finance - Remote

Overview

Responsible for month end process, Fixed Assets Management, monthly/quarterly statutory reporting and support audit process.

In Short

• Full accountability of the month end process against the company’s reporting timetable.
• Month end journals including payroll, prepayment, leases, accruals and depreciation.
• Review the P&L for reasonableness and identify material coding adjustments as required.
• Prepare the monthly balance sheet reconciliations, ensure the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger.
• Support in the preparation and review of monthly financial reports in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Preparation and review of intercompany reconciliations.
• Preparation of Statutory reports including STPI Reporting, Statutory Reporting, Direct Tax Reporting.
• Support through the audit process for entities of multiple jurisdictions.
• Assist in the installation of accounting, ERP systems and other ad hoc projects.
• Support daily operations of India business.

Requirements

• NetSuite experience highly desirable.
• A minimum of 9 years’ experience of month end close process, financial systems, financial reporting and financial data analysis.
• Inter CA or MBA.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced computer literacy - Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Superior time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• A strong focus on accuracy and high attention to detail.
• Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints.
