Accounting & Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

You master accounting in your sleep and now want to look beyond the horizon? As an Accounting & Finance Manager, you can prove your analytical skills and drive projects and process optimizations in financial accounting.

In Short

• You will expand our group-wide cash and treasury management and be primarily responsible for it.
• You will deal with the design and management of our transfer pricing guidelines.
• You will support the group companies with questions regarding accounting and tax structuring.
• You will assist local tax advisors in preparing tax returns.
• You will provide support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements of group companies according to HGB and local GAAP.
• You will assist in the design of a group accounting manual.
• You will help implement a new ERP system.
• You will actively work on group-wide process optimizations.
• You will act as a contact person for auditors and tax advisors.

Requirements

• You have completed training and further education as a balance sheet accountant and have a broad understanding of the interplay between balance sheet and profit and loss.
• You ideally have initial professional experience in an international environment and are familiar with business transactions in international corporations or are eager to delve into the topic.
• You have a strong affinity for systems in the financial environment, ideally with NetSuite and LucaNet.
• You are an organizational talent, know how to set priorities, drive processes forward, and keep multiple tasks in the air despite a high workload.
• You maintain an overview thanks to your quick comprehension and structured working method and are ambitious to shape the necessary structures and processes.
• You are a thinker, interested in the big picture, and want to understand overarching connections.
• You are communicative, enjoy new challenges, and working in an international environment.
• You tackle tasks proactively and independently and prefer to get things done today rather than tomorrow.
